Steam humidifiers are used when a source of steam is not available. Humidity level is one of the most important factors for health-wise. ASHRAE (American Society of Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers) 62 1989 standard states humidity level must be at the level of between %30-%60 RH to providing inlet air quality. Humidifying process is performed in high temperatures and that enables ideal hygienic area for human health by eliminating microorganisms. In hospitals steam humidifiers are used for ensure healthy respiration and avoid water loss of patients. Likewise, optimum humidity level is very important for product quality in industrial areas which have manufacturing in special conditions.
