FABRICATION AIR DUCTS
RAW MATERIAL
Our air ducts are manufactured from TSE certified galvanized, aluminum or stainless steel sheet, self-flanged with high resistance and sealed.
MANUFACTORY
- Duct and fitting materials are cut in project dimensions with high sensitivity on machines automatically in order to minimize losses.
- Straight wing manufacturing is done automatically on wing conveyor belt machines in 150-2200 mm range. Our Daily manufacturing capacity is 1000 m².
- Ducts, corners, reductions are closed automatically with clamping machines without manual labor.
- Sealing is provided with mastic silicon after production.
- Used between the heat range of -30°C +100°C.
- Each manufactured pieces are numbered according to their line and position numbers. This process makes installation much easier.
SEALING
- Ducts are manufactured as self flanged with the flanging machines we use in manufacturing. Therefore our ducts have high impermeability and low resistance compared to flashover flanges.
- Neoprene seals and cleats are used in ducts connection points and possible leaks on those areas are prevented.
- Each piece goes through quality control prior to piece numbering .
- Our ducts are manufactured in accordance with SMACNA and DIN norms.
